สูตรอาหารไมโครเวฟ – ปูผัดผงกะหรี่

ส่วนประกอบปูผัดผงกะหรี่

ปูม้า 2 ตัว

ขึ้นฉ่ายหั่นท่อนสั้น 2 ต้น

ต้นหอมหั่นท่อนสั้น 2 ต้น

ผงกะหรี่ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

น้ำปลา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

น้ำตาลทราย 2 ช้อนชา

น้ำซุปไก่ ¼ ถ้วย

น้ำมันพืช ¼ ถ้วย

วิธีทำปูผัดผงกะหรี่

1. ล้างปูให้สะอาด แกะกระดองปูออก ดึงถุงลมด้านข้างทิ้งสับครึ่งตัว แล้วสับแต่ละส่วนออกเป็น 2 ชิ้น ส่วนก้ามปูทุบพอเปลือกแตก ใส่ตะแกรงให้สะเด็ดน้ำ

2. ใส่น้ำมันลงในชามแก้วใบใหญ่ นำเข้าเตาไมโครเวฟ เปิดไฟที่ระดับ High ประมาณ 3 นาทีจนน้ำมันร้อน ใส่ปูลงคลุกกับน้ำมันให้ทั่ว เปิดไฟต่ออีก 2 นาทีจนปูเกือบสุก

3. ผสมผงกะหรี่ น้ำปลา น้ำตาล และน้ำซุปไก่เข้าด้วยกันราดบนชิ้นปู คลุกเคล้าให้ทั่ว  ใส่หอมใหญ่ ต้นหอม และขึ้นฉ่าย เคล้าให้ทั่ว นำเข้าเตาไมโครเวฟ เปิดไฟที่ระดับ Medium ประมาณ 1 นาทีพอผักสุก ยกออกจากเตา

4. จัดใส่จาน เสิร์ฟ

ล้นหลามทิป – ใช้ได้ทั้งปูม้าและปูทะเล ถ้าเป็นปูม้าเลือกตัวใหญ่ มีน้ำหนักไม่มีกลิ่นเหม็น จะได้เนื้อปูที่หวาน ส่วนปูทะเลเลือกที่ยังไม่ตาย สังเกตโดยเมื่อเอามือแหย่ไปที่ตา ปูจะกะพริบตา และตัวปูมีน้ำหนักมาก การผัดปูต้องใช้ไฟแรง ความร้อนจัดจะทำให้เนื้อปูสุกแล้วเป็นก้อน เนื้อไม่เละ
