สูตรขนมไทย – วุ้นกะทิ

ส่วนผสมวุ้นกะทิ

วุ้น 1/3 กก.

น้ำตาลปี๊บ ½ กก.

มะพร้าว 1 กก.

น้ำดอกไม้สด

วิธีทำวุ้นกะทิ

1. นำกะทิคั้นด้วยน้ำดอกไม้สด เมื่อได้แล้วเทใส่กระทะทองเหลืองตั้งไฟรอให้ร้อน จากนั้นใส่น้ำตาลลงไปคนให้น้ำตาลละลายแล้วกรองด้วยผ้าขาวบาง

2. นำวุ้นกับน้ำดอกไม้สดเทใส่กระทะตั้งไฟ รอให้ร้อนจนกระทั่งวุ้นละลายหมด

3. จากนั้นเทกะทิสดลงไปให้หมด คนให้เข้ากัน แล้วเทใส่ถาดไว้ให้เย็น แล้วตัดเป็นชิ้นรับประทานได้
