สูตรขนมไทย – วุ้นสังขยา

ส่วนผสมวุ้นสังขยา

วุ้น ¼ กำ

ไข่เป็ด 2 ฟอง

น้ำตาลปี๊บ 1 กก.

ดินสอพอง 3 แผ่น

มะพร้าว 1 กก.

วิธีทำวุ้นสังขยา

1. นำวุ้นมาล้างด้วยดินสอพอง แล้วล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาด

2. นำวุ้นมาใส่ในกระทะทองเหลือง เติมน้ำเปล่าพอควร เคี่ยวจนวุ้นละลาย ใส่น้ำตาลปี๊บลงไป เคี่ยวให้น้ำตาลละลาย

3. นำน้ำตาลที่ละลายมากรองในผ้าขาวบาง แล้วเทใส่กระทะตามเดิม คั้นกะทิใส่น้ำตาลและไข่เป็ดตีให้เข้ากัน พอได้ที่แล้วเทใส่ในกระทะวุ้นยกขึ้นตั้งไฟอ่อนๆ คนให้เดือดแล้วตักใส่พิมพ์หรือถาดทิ้งไว้ให้เย็น
