สูตรอาหารไทย – ผัดเปรี้ยวหวานกุ้ง

ส่วนผสม ผัดเปรี้ยวหวานกุ้ง  (สำหรับ 2 ท่าน)

* มะเขือเทศ 2 ลูก (หั่นเป็นชิ้นพอดีคำ)

* หอมใหญ่ 1 ลูก (หั่นเป็นชิ้น)

* แตงกวา 1 ลูก (หั่นเป็นชิ้น)

* พริกหยวก 2 ลูก (หั่นเป็นชิ้น)

* น้ำปลา 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

* น้ำตาล 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

* กระเทียมสับ 4 กลีบ

* น้ำส้มสายชู 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

* แป้งข้าวโพด 1.5 ช้อนโต๊ะ

(นำไปผสมกับน้ำ คนให้ละลาย)

เครื่องปรุง+ส่วนผสม กุ้งทอด

* กุ้งขนาดกลาง 10 ตัว (ล้างและปอกเปลือก)

* แป้งอนกประสงค์ 1 ถ้วยตวง

* น้ำเย็น 1 ถ้วยตวง

* ไข่ไก่ 1 ฟอง

* เกลือ 1/2 ช้อนชา

* พริกไทยป่น 1/2 ช้อนชา

* น้ำมันสำหรับทอด

วิธีทำผัดเปรี้ยวหวาน

1. ในชามขนาดใหญ่, ผสมเกลือ, กระเทียมและพริกไทยกับแป้งอเนกประสงค์ เทน้ำและไข่ไก่ลงไป ผสมจนเข้ากัน

2. นำกุ้ง  ลงไปชุบแป้งที่เตรียมไว้ และนำไปทอดจนเหลืองกรอบ นำไปวางบนกระดาษซับมันและเตรีึยมไว้สำหรับขั้นตอนต่อไป

3. ใส่น้ำมันลงในกระทะและนำไปตั้งไฟ ใส่กระเทียมลงไปผัดจนเหลือง จากนั้นใส่แตงกวา, หอมใหญ่ และผัดจนเกือบสุกจึงใส่มะเขือเทศลงไปผัด

4. ใส่กุ้งทอด, น้ำส้มสายชู, น้ำปลา และน้ำตาล รสชาติดั้งเดิมจะีมีรสหวาน, รสเปรี้ยวและรสเค็มพอๆกัน

5. เมื่อส่วนผสมทั้งหมดเริ่มเดือด ใส่น้ำแป้งที่เตรียมไว้ คนเรื่อยๆเพื่อไม่ให้แป้งที่ใส่เกาะตัวเป็นก้อน เสร็จแล้วปิดไฟ และตักใส่จาน เสริฟทันทีพร้อมข้าวสวยร้อนๆ
