สูตรอาหารไทย : ปลาหมึกผัดน้ำพริกเผา
ส่วนผสม ปลาหมึกผัดน้ำพริกเผา  (สำหรับ 2 ท่าน)

* ปลาหมึก 350 กรัม (หั่นเป็นชิ้นพอดีคำ)

* ต้นหอม 50 กรัม (หั่นยาวประมาณครึ่งนิ้ว)

* พริกชี้ฟ้าแดงหรือเหลือง 2 เม็ด (หั่นตามยาว)

* หอมใหญ่หั่น 1/2 ลูก

* น้ำพริกเผา 1.5 ช้อนชา

* ซิอิ๊วขาว 1 ช้อนชา

* น้ำตาล 1/2 ช้อนชา

* น้ำมันพืชสำหรับทำอาหาร

* ผักชี (สำหรับแต่งหน้าอาหาร)

วิธีทำปลาหมึกผัดน้ำพริกเผา

1. ใส่น้ำมันลงในกระทะและนำไปตั้งไฟร้อนปานกลาง ใส่ปลาหมึกและหอมใหญ่ลงไปผัดพร้อมกันจนเกือบสุก (ระวังอย่าผัดจนปลาหมึกสุกเกินไป เนื้อปลาหมึกจะมีรสชาติดีที่สุดเมื่อใกล้สุก ถ้าสุกเกินไปเนื้อจะแข็งกระด้าง ไม่อร่อย)

2. เติม น้ำพริกเผา, ซิอิ๊วขาว, ต้นหอม, พริก และน้ำตาล ผัดต่อไปอีกประมาณ 2 นาที จนส่วนผสมทุกอย่างเข้ากันดี จึงปิดไฟ

3. ตักใส่จาน แต่งหน้าด้วยผักชี เสริฟทันทีพร้อมข้าวสวยร้อนๆ
